Texas Ranger Hall of Fame and Museum

I-35 exit 335B at University Parks Drive in Fort Fisher Park, honors 26 Texas Rangers. The Rangers date from 1823, when Stephen F. Austin selected the original 10. The complex comprises the Hall of Fame, which pays tribute to Texas Rangers; a library that contains books, photographs and oral histories about the Rangers; and Homer Garrison Museum, which contains artifacts such as badges, firearms, the possessions of outlaws Bonnie and Clyde and Billy the Kid's 1873 Winchester carbine.

A 20 minute slide show is presented on the hour.
